Felicity Shagwell

Felicity Shagwell ("Shagwell" by name, "Shag-very-well" by reputation), played by Heather Graham, is the female accomplice of Austin Powers in the 1999 comedy film Austin Powers: The Spy Who Shagged Me and a member of the CIA. She is known for seducing (and having sex with) Dr. Evil's overweight Scottish accomplice Fat Bastard in order to place a tracking device inside of him. Despite this encounter, she still flirts with Austin throughout the film and has an apparent desire to have sex with him.
